mid-career professionals from associate association member state;
mid-career professionals from academe, civil society, the non-public sector (with attention on small, little and medium-sized businesses, and on social enterprises), and also the public sector (including ministries, parastatals, state-owned enterprises, legislative and judicial bodies);
A mid-career skilled, for the extent of this scholarship program, is somebody who: has worked for a minimum of five and up to twenty years;
is in a very social control, policy development or in a very decision-making position;
OR may be a mid-career educational in a very post-secondary educational establishment, analysis establishment or suppose tank;
has a minimum of 2 years of expertise among the position; and, isn't oversight quite thirty staff and/or a CAD thirty million budget p.a..

The mid-career component of the SEED program offers opportunities for professional development through short-term courses in Canada, aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, that could include (but not limited to) the following priority sectors:

Gender Based Analysis;
Performance management/deliverology/results based management/performance audit;
Financial management/comptroller-ship/project management;
Financial technologies; and,
Climate change adaptation/environmental sustainability/environmental impact assessment.
