Eight of them are located on the main campus University offers below residence types which can suite incoming students requirement and styles: Traditional residences Suites Studios Apartment-style residence Houses Each residence is equipped with basic amenities like wi-fi, laundry rooms, etc Students can choose from flexible dining plans as per their requirement from 7 or 5 days meal plan to pay-as-you-go meal plan

Off Compus Stay
The average rent varies between 830 to 1025 CAD/ month The residence type includes student purpose residence, shared apartments, bachelor apartments and homestays The student residences are fully furnished with all the basic amenities such as water, electicity,and high-speed internet included in the rent The lease term varies between 8 to 12 months
